picking myself up and dusting myself down.

This is a post in which other people wrote the posts I couldn't, as I couldn't find my voice.

socks by Kristina

Alice wrote about a community, putting our best feet forward.

Sue described a posy

Tracy talked about finding your zen  ( and wears nail polish that matches her knitting!)

Ali discussed that you get what out of life what you put into it.

Julie spoke of sociability (and knitted the best rabbit ever!)

Nancy talked of friendship circles

Coffee Lady wrote of blogging and communities and likened it to a gymnastics display

I am thankful that they found the words, they said all the thankful things I wanted to say. I feel like I have fallen off the balance beam lately, but I am picking myself up, and dusting myself down, and slowly regaining my balance. It feels good.

  2. Evening gorgeous. I am always envious of the way other people express things. I think you say things beautifully and often with such humour.
I am also envious of The Socks. I keep choosing my favourite pair and then changing my mind.
    Speak soon, Ax

  9. Was it really only the other weekend? Sometimes it doesn't need saying. And you were probably hoarse from too much chat!

  10. I haven't posted about it either. I couldn't find the right words after everyone else said it so well. But it was wonderful to see you, and to realise that there *are* real friendships behind all our screens. My local friends wouldn't believe it, but it's true. And I feel so very lucky.
