pah. no internet.
for 3 days.
because the oh so helpful people at the help centre told me the wrong password to reboot the system. 4 times.....
oh and cost me a fortune in calls, and then I found out I could have called a free number.
I am seriously thinking of changing providers.
recommendations anyone. (UK) ?
Nightmare, we use Virgin but not sure if I'd recommend them !
