peeling paint; a fancy gate - well not fancy, but I love it, and found it on the beach;
empty chair - this rocking chair could also be in the old as me; lion - on the tenantry column in Alnwick - the lion is the symbol of the Percy family, if we had a symbol it would likely be a teapot.....
a lamb, also nearly as old as me, and showing it; as old as me - little ted; something green, first pea shoots; a collection, cookbooks - what else?
a shadow - always wanted to take one of these photos; a ring - bought for me over 20 years ago, worn everyday since, thanks hubby! something sentimental, lots of memories dedicated to this; a rainbow, - my fibonacci quilt.
as always I had lots of fun finding these, but please can someone tell me, who stole most of March? I think I missed it......
I love your little photo patchwork of your life and loves!
ReplyDeleteAnd, yes, where on earth did March go?! x
Well done! some lovely photos. I've found this month a bit more challenging, I'm ready for a new list! Posting mine on Thursday.
ReplyDeleteI have added a link to you on my new photo scavenger hunt page, it's a tab under my blog header, hope thats ok.
Great photos - especially the shadow one.
ReplyDeleteWhen March shows up, point it in my direction too!
Great photos and I like the way you have them grouped together.

Oooh, your shadowy heart is so clever!
ReplyDeleteI love the Alnwick Lion, I seem to remember someone stole one that was in the entrance to the castle. How they managed to escape with something so huge and heavy is a mistery to me! Lovely pictures, the one of the ring is wonderful. Abby x
ReplyDeleteSome great photos there - I love the shadow one - very arty :)
ReplyDeleteLoved seeing this months's collection of photos. The shadow one is really special - and I also loved the peeling paint, the gate, the teddy, and the lovely quilt one. I'm wondering where March went too!

Well done Missus. And so quick too... Love your wee ted. Ax
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos, specially the shadow.
ReplyDeleteI struggle to accept that 1/4 of the year is already gone.
The shadow picture came out perfectly - worth framing me thinks!
ReplyDeleteNot I! I think my body still wants to be in hibernation.
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures - I love your book shadow.

ReplyDeleteOooh...cookbooks! And yes, March seems to have flown. K xx
ReplyDeleteOh! Little Ted! Soooo sweet and obviously well loved. And you found a gate on the beach ... and managed to get it home?
ReplyDeleteThese are just lovely. All so different.
ReplyDeleteA lovely selection of photos. I'm really loving seeing all the old teds on the hunt! x
ReplyDeleteOh such great photos. Pea shoots> Wah! I have planted exactly NOTHING this year, the viral schedule has been so hectic. I may have to cheat and buy baby plants at the nursery. Boo.
ReplyDeleteWow ! The shadow one is superb ! There are some sweet teddies in this hunt x
ReplyDeleteThat teddy makes me so happy. And the shadow is ingenious!
