seen when walking 2

a different route this time for walking, less sheep.
but I did catch sight of enormous blades for a wind turbine travelling northbound on the A1

and in the underpass there is poetry.

always look ahead of you whilst walking says the training guide, not down at your feet.
good advice here I'd say....

here too, there's a fantastic view to be seen.

sometimes though you have to look back, to get the best photo of the lion and his crazy tail!

  4. It's so interesting to see what there is around us when you really look properly....I liked the poetry and the lion's tail especially! Loved all your adorable bunnies on your previous posts....well done on selling them all for such a good cause!

  13. What a wonderful place to walk. It is definitely important to look down while strolling! I have never seen a lion statue with the tail sticking straight out. This is actually a little bit funny!

  14. Is that crazy tail new? I don't remember seeing it last year (although we were on that bridge!) You're so lucky to live in an area of such fabulous beauty!

  16. Gorgeous countryside. I know they can be controversial, but I'm fascinated by wind turbines.
