Waiting for Spring this year has been enough to test the patience of a Saint! Have been blogging about 'Spring-ish' myself today. I like the word 'Springish' !! xCathy
It's just giving us a day here or there to remind us that it will happen. It can't be too long now - and even in the grey, horrible windy rain we have lambs and daffodils and primroses and even - drum roll please - some blossom on a few trees now!
What a lovely photo, Tess! I know all about the sneakiness of spring, having left laundry out on what I thought would be a beautiful sunny day :-) Amalia xo
then the winds and rain came and everything became battered and bedraggled........
I must learn to be patient........'
What a beautiful photo - and Spring has just got to be round the corner. Relax - have a cup of tea (or two) - and before you know it - it will be here.
Patience indeed. I have decided that Spring will not come until after the equinox, let's just hope I am right...............!
ReplyDeleteIt's hard, isn't it. We seem so close to Spring, and yet it's still so far away.
ReplyDeleteIt's been up and down here too. Almost hot on Sunday, cold and windy this morning. Soon!
ReplyDeleteOh, do I sympathise...patience has never been my strom point either xxx
ReplyDeletei can certainly relate -- going from 12 degrees above freezing yesterday down to 14 *below* freezing tonight.
ReplyDelete*sigh*
Ditto Lincolnshire, you're not alone! x
ReplyDeleteIt's definitely becoming Autumn-ish over here. The mornings are colder and darker and much harder to get out of bed for.
ReplyDeleteYes, it was warm and sunny, then it was all cold and wet and windy. I have high hopes for tomorrow. CJ xx
ReplyDeleteYes, same here. I am a bit tired of wearing my padded coat! Maybe it will be sunny tomorrow :)

It's difficult being patient. I'm fed up of slate grey skies to be honest.

Same here - one extreme to the other at the moment. Fingers crossed though. x

ReplyDeleteMake your mind up weather.
I think there is a good glimpse of spring today! Patience is not my strenght, the older I get, the more impatient I am. x
ReplyDeleteBut the snowdrops still look beautiful.....
ReplyDeleteWe are going through all the seasons in one day here!
ReplyDeleteIt will come soon, and be all the sweeter for the wait X
