holiday highlights

whilst the rest of the family hunted fossils, I hunted anemones.

we walked the beach route to Port Mulgrave

and marvelled at the blue skies

and climbed the cliff path and marvelled that we were right down there

and whilst this is what some people wanted to do on the beach

this was much more my style.....

  18. It all looks so beautiful. With water that colour, I think I would be knitting rather than swimming too. I'm looking forward to seeing the end result.

  20. Hello Tess:
We have discovered your blog via the delightful Helen Tilston and how wonderful to have happened upon these glorious scenes from your holiday. This part of North Yorkshire is new to us but looks to have been gloriously free of crowds and the most dramatically beautiful coastline.

We have signed up as Followers in order to stay in touch.
