Trying to think if we have any orange - I think the closest is a little patch of Californian Poppies, Beautiful flowers you have and your mint (it is mint isn't it?) looks really healthy - mine's looking decidedly scrappy this year; time to sow some more I think. xx
I have yellow Californian poppies but not orange. when my mint looks scraggly I usually cut a few stems, and stick them in a jar of water, they root really quickly and then I replant them, it always seems to rejuvenate them really well.
Can I suggest an orange Geum plant? They are quite outstanding. I have one in my garden. I have very little yellow, apart from the solitary yellow iris I found lurking in a trug down the side of the garden. How it got there, I have no idea. Leanne xx
You had better rectify that situation.

ReplyDeleteI'll have plenty of orange in a few weeks time! Californian poppies, self seeding all over the place. Lovely idea to find a rainbow in the garden.

ReplyDeleteOrange is a difficult shade to plant with, isn't it?
A lovely rainbow of colours in your garden.
ReplyDeleteI'd take that rainbow any day. Your garden looks so lush and inviting. A good good place to just nod off gentle on a warm spring day.
