Particularly like the girls tulips...Hockneys aren't a patch on theirs!I absolutely love tulips- didn't realise until I did my floristry course that they continue growing quite quickly after they are cut, which is why a vase always ends up quite wild looking after a few days..quite like that though!
Tulips...oh, but I love tulips! And the ones here are a great visual variety. I want to get some cut tulips this weekend--just need some spring flowers now! LOL! Happy Day ((HUGS))
Love, love, love this post, especially E's drawing, very well observed. And the subject is one of my favourite flowers..........
Hockney could have tried a little harder....x
Oh these are really sweet, I do love tulips!Melx
So expensive to buy any kind of flowers here - so I appreciate looking at yours!
Can't get enough of those tulips, they're all beautiful especially the childrens. Was it a Hockney dog on the sachet of sugar in that cafe?Kimx
I love spring - for just this reason. Tulips, daffs - and the way little people see them. Just a gorgeous post.
Hello, I came across your blog while reading someone elses - lovely pictures of tulips.
I adore tulips...
Oh yes, the bottom 2 are definitely the best. Tulips are one of my favourite flowers too.
Oh your girl's have done beautiful expressive tulips, is E's a collage? it's stunning. I've given up growing tulips but buy them once or twice a year as a visual treat! :O) Gx
