I think my children are speaking a different language

a conversation with E.......

did you have fun at cubs?

yes. look I got a personal safety badge.

fantastic. what did you have to do for that?

no idea

a conversation with Miss K..........

did you have fun at guides?

yes it was great, we put tents up inside, but ours fell down

what did you use to make them stay up?

  1. Sellotape - that's priceless. Only the guides would make you put tents up inside, hope they were pop up ones and not with poles and pegs!!

    Have a lovely day,

  2. Well, sellotape does solve most problems...

  3. Sellotape - well really, surely they could have supplied them with duct tape!

  4. Sellotape? Fabulous.

As for the last but one psot - I do believe you're making bunting.

I couldn't quite look properly at the previous one - it all scares me to tell the truth! I find it quite sinister. What a Jessie.

  5. Ha -- I guess one works with what one has...

  6. I think they need stronger sellotape!

  7. Sellotape is wonderful isn't it!

  8. Lol - chuckle of the day :-)

  10. Hi Tess....Sorry about the previous posting, problems with wording. I shall start again. Thank you so much for visiting my blog and your lovely comments. I would definitely get Chickens if you get the chance, they are great as pets and I adore ours. Just wish we'd had them when my children were little. It is lovely to hear the conversations you have been having with your children, it brings back memories. Make the most of it, as they grow up all too soon. My niece and nephew went to see Caroline last Saturday and were terrified, it sounded so scarry. I shall add your lovely blog to my roll if thats ok.

  11. I'm with Rhiannon, tape solves most problems, doesn't it? At least my kids think so!

  12. My mind is boggling over the sellotape
